What does ‘This is Us’ mean?

In 2024 we launched our ‘This is Us‘ campaign. This was a chance for us to re-define, re-evaluate and re-assess our vision and values.

This is Us is all about who we are as a Firm, what we stand for, and where we are going.

These values infiltrate and influence every aspect of our business, impacting every decision and every step.

Do the right thing

We act with honesty and integrity, choosing to do the right thing in every situation even if it is the hard thing to do.

Ownership

We take great ownership of every Client and every matter, treating it as if it were our own.

Family

We value and respect each other. We’re a team and we cheer each other on. We are intentional about spending time together.

Balance

Balance is important. We don’t work really long hours for the sake of it. We support our team outside of work where reasonable.

Recognition

We recognise people that work hard and play as part of the team.

 

Quality

We take pride in the quality of our work. We set high standards and aim for excellence. Attention to detail matters.

Hospitality

Being conscious of the way we make people feel is at the core of what we do. We show high levels of hospitality to our team and to our Clients. Being available, empathetic, warm and friendly are some of the key ways that we do this.
