We’re looking for a Legal Secretary to join our growing team in Hinckley and to be responsible for providing administrative support to one or more of our Solicitors. This will include typing, liaising with clients, and general secretarial support.
You will predominantly work in the Residential Conveyancing department.
We are ideally looking for someone who has legal secretary experience. As part of our growing Business Support team you will work closely with and report directly to the Practice Manager and Operations Director.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of administration and secretarial tasks. This will include typing, liaising with clients, filing legal documents, maintaining and updating inventories of contact details, working with our case management system and other necessary tasks.
You should be confident in front of clients and be committed to providing an exceptional level of service to them.
