Trisha completed her Law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2006 and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2007.
She specialises in all aspects of Residential Property Law, including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, registered and unregistered land, New Build purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy, first time buyers, acting on behalf of the lender and purchase of residential property through a Company. She is also experienced in purchasing property with the aid of Help to Buy Scheme Loans, Help to Buy ISA’s and Lifetime ISA’s.
Trisha is known for her attention to detail and personable client care. She continues to update her skills through professional development courses.
Trisha is fluent in Gujarati and is also a Dementia Friend.
