We are delighted to announce that on 30th August 2024 Josiah Hincks completed the acquisition of Stapleton & Son Solicitors in Stamford.

James Buxton (Partner of Stapleton & Son) along with his team have joined Josiah Hincks to expand the Firm’s offering throughout the Midlands.

Stapleton & Son has been providing legal advice to individuals and families throughout Lincolnshire & Rutland from its base in Stamford. This includes residential property matters as well as wills, probate and trust services.

The Stapleton & Son team will continue to provide these services but now under the ownership and management of Josiah Hincks.

This exciting move will also allow the team to offer the full spectrum of legal services provided by Josiah Hincks, from the office in Stamford. This includes:
