Jess originally joined the firm as a Secretary before training and converting to a Conveyancing Executive.
She is experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Residential Property matters. Jess advises clients on selling and buying properties, re-mortgage work, transfer of equity and boundary enquiries. She also deals with a number of commercial property matters including Landlord and Tenant issues, such as the granting of a new lease, renewal of leases, surrender of leases as well as the purchase and sale of freehold commercial property.

Jessica’s client-focused attitude and attention to detail make her an excellent person to provide clear and calm advice and support to her clients throughout the conveyancing process. She is supervised by the Senior Partner and Head of Commercial Property. She continues to regularly update her skills through completing a number of professional development courses in Conveyancing.
