Emily graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021 with a 2:1 in Law.
She is currently studying the SQE on an Apprenticeship scheme with the University of Law.
She is completing her training in Commercial Property in aspects such as purchases, sales, registered and unregistered land, leases acting for the tenant or landlord, re-mortgages, and acting on behalf of the lender. She also has some experience in Residential Conveyancing including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and assisting with equity releases. She is currently completing her training in Litigation and Dispute Resolution including areas such as Contract Disputes, Contentious Probate and Landlord and Tenant Disputes.
