We are delighted to announce that on 1st June 2023 Josiah Hincks completed the acquisition of Kelly & Co Solicitors.

Who are Josiah Hincks?

Josiah Hincks are an award-winning, Legal-500 recommended Law Firm with several offices throughout Leicestershire. Known for our high levels of Client Care, we were awarded the Leicestershire Small Law Firm of the Year Award in 2023, having also received the award in 2018 and 2022. We’re also proud to sit on numerous panels, including the NFU’s panel of nationally recommended Firms.

When it comes to Client care our goal is simple – to treat your matter as if it were our own.

Founded in 2007, Kelly & Co Solicitors dealt with all family, matrimonial and children matters, conveyancing, and wills and probate. The ethos of Kelly & Co Solicitors was to be a team of friendly and approachable Lawyers that avoided legal jargon. This aligned with Josiah Hincks’ motto of Law in your Language.

Tess Kelly, Founding Partner of Kelly & Co Solicitors, and her team have all now become part of Josiah Hincks Solicitors.

The office in Enderby is still open as usual, it’s just now under the management of Josiah Hincks incorporating Kelly & Co Solicitors. Tess and the team are still based in this office.

If you have a live matter with Kelly & Co Solicitors, then you may have already received a letter from the team explaining the next steps. If not, you will receive a letter from us shortly. But rest assured your matter will still progress as normal and there won’t be any disruption.
