We are delighted to announce that Josiah Hincks has today (01.06.23) acquired Kelly & Co Solicitors.
Tess Kelly (founder of Kelly & Co) along with her team have joined Josiah Hincks to expand the Firm’s offering throughout Leicestershire.
Founded in 2007, Kelly & Co has been providing legal advice to individuals and families throughout Leicestershire from its base in Enderby. This includes all matrimonial and family matters, including issues concerning contact and residence of children, cohabiting couples, pre and post nuptial agreements, forced marriages, and domestic violence.
They have also provided Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate services.
The Kelly & Co team will continue to provide these services but now under the ownership and management of Josiah Hincks.
