We are delighted to announce that on Friday 19th May Josiah Hincks won the ‘Small Law Firm of the Year’ Award at the annual Leicestershire Law Society Awards.
Remarkably, this is the second year in a row that the Firm has received the award, having also won it in 2022. This outstanding achievement is testament to the exceptional levels of Client care provided by our team.
It also marks the third time that the Firm has won this award in the last six years.
This is very much a team award, and it has only been achieved because every individual has played their part and bought into what the Firm is looking to achieve.
This year, the theme of the Leicestershire Law Society Awards was legacy. Over the last 12 months Josiah Hincks has been intentional in its strategy of recruiting and developing the next generation of Solicitors, and we are proud to play our part in the local legal industry that way.
As well as its work in developing the next generation, this award recognises the Firm’s charitable work, its involvement with external legal and business organisations, its financial and reputational growth, its initiative and innovation, its Client care and its commitment to its staff.
