On Thursday 20th April we took our whole team to Winstanley House for the afternoon for our annual Year End Meeting.
This is our opportunity to share with the team some of the key developments, milestones and highlights from the last 12 months. This includes looking at our financial performance, our performance against internal objectives and other KPI’s.
It’s also a chance for us to shared with the team some the plans and goals for the next 12 months, and it we hope it helps align everybody in what we as a team are aiming for.
