We are pleased to announce that we will be providing all members of our team with a second pay increase in an attempt to support them with the current cost of living crisis. We hope that this mid-term pay increase of 5%, together with the original amount given across the board in April of 6%, will support our team and enable them to stay ahead of the curve of inflation.
This pay increase will be given to every member of the team regardless of position, experience or length of service. The cost of living crisis affects everybody and it’s only right and fair that all members of our team receive the same level of support.
Financial pressures can be the root of significant stress and anxiety, and we hope that this pay increase will go some way to relieving the pressures that our team face.
