Josiah Hincks Appoints Two New Partners
We are very pleased to announce that Neal Patterson and Natalie Biggin have been made Partners with firm with effect from April 1st. This is a great step in the firm’s continued growth and takes the team of partners from four to six. Senior Partner, Andrew Eagle, said “we are delighted to be able to appoint two new partners to the firm who bring a wealth of experience. Whilst these are challenging times we are continuing to operate as near normal as possible and our expansion and development is still moving forwards.”
Neal, who joined the firm a year ago and is an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 14 years’ experience having dealt with hundreds of cases for all types and size of commercial clients & charities. Neal studied at the University of Dundee attaining a degree in Modern History and then completing the accelerated (two year) LLB. He then completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice part time at De Montfort University whilst working in legal practice. After training in Leicestershire, Neal worked in private practice in Nottingham. He then spent eight years as an in house lawyer for a charity based in Leicestershire before joining Josiah Hincks in 2019 as Head of Commercial Property. Since joining the firm Neal has done a great job in leading and growing our Commercial Property department.
On his appointment as Partner, Neal said “at a time of challenge for businesses everywhere I am excited to have been appointed a partner at Josiah Hincks and am looking forward to serving our commercial property and agricultural clients old and new through this difficult period.”
Natalie has been part of the Josiah Hincks team for two and a half years and is currently completing her STEP Diploma to become and a Trust and Estate Practitioner. Natalie completed her LLB Law with Business at the University of Birmingham and then went on to attain a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course. She has extensive experience in drafting complex wills and administering high net worth estates including farming estates. Natalie has been a vital member of the firm over the last two and a half years and has been crucial in growing and developing our Wills & Probate department.

I look forward to continuing to build the team at Josiah Hincks and help fulfil the overall objective of delivering law in your language to the highest standard.”
