Josiah Hincks Solicitors work alongside the Law Works Pro-Bono Scheme which is supported by the Law Society, to provide a free family law advice service at Leicester County Court, 90, Wellington Street, Leicester, LE1 6HJ on alternate Thursdays of every month.
This service is available to individuals who do not have legal representation on the day of their Court hearing and require initial advice. The Pro-bono scheme does not cover free representation at Court but it is a useful service that can offer reassurance, in what quite often is a stressful experience for most individuals. The service is a drop in legal clinic and no appointment is necessary.
Josiah Hincks Solicitors are pleased to announce that we are continuing to contribute our services to this worthwhile pro-bono scheme in 2017 and we look forward to helping more people in the community in the New Year.
