It follows the appointment of local criminal law solicitor Daniel Howe, who has significant expertise in all types of crime matters. His background combined with Josiah Hincks reputation for providing excellent quality advice to businesses will help cement the new department as the “Best Defence for Your Business”.
The solicitors firm have created a dedicated website at www.businessdefencelaw.co.uk which sets out all of the types of work which Josiah Hincks can assist with. This ranges from Driving Prosecutions against Company Directors, to full blown regulatory investigations by authorities such as HMRC and Trading Standards.

The Business Defence department will also cover all attacks on a business, including commercial matters and employee issues.
