The Help and Support for Separated Families Mark is part of an initiative which aims to reduce conflict and promote collaboration between divorced or separating couples and parents in the best interests of their children, regardless of the difficulties and challenges breaking up brings with it.
Radmila Balac, a family law solicitor in our Family Department based at Coalville, is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes and which encourages a non-confrontational approach to those disputes. Radmila is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution in the areas of Domestic Violence and Private Law Children matters and as such, we are pleased to announce that Radmila is entitled to hold the Help and Support for Separated Families Mark.
