The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) have been amended by the Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, which came into force on 31 January 2014.
In the light of these amendments, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has published a revised guide to TUPE. Page 6 of the guidance contains a summary of the changes.
