As an expanding Law firm in Leicester, Josiah Hincks Solicitors are looking to hire a Company/Commercial Solicitor working under a Partner in our Leicester office.
We get instructions from a wide range of local and national commercial organisations, with work including business acquisitions and disposals, share sales and purchases, company reorganisations, corporate governance, company formations, shareholders’ agreements, drafting/ reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions as well as providing general commercial and strategic advice.
Ideally you will be a 1-3 Year PQE solicitor with sufficient experience to handle your own case load with Partner supervision. You will need to be comfortable in marketing yourself and the firm and getting in business through your own connections (as well from as the firm’s existing quality referrers).
