New Guidance on the National Minimum Wage

The Government has produced new guidance to help employers comply with the National Minimum Wage legislation. This covers the following topics:

  Eligibility for the NMW;
• 
  Calculating the NMW;
• 
  Working hours for which the NMW must be paid; and
• 
  Enforcement of the NMW rules.
