The UK Border Agency (UKBA) has launched a new helpdesk service for business customers.
The helpdesk has been set up in response to customer feedback and will offer a single point of contact for queries about becoming a sponsor or hiring people from outside the European Economic Area.
Following a successful pilot, the new service is now available to all sponsors, businesses and Tier 1 investors.

The intention is eventually to make the helpdesk the single point of contact for all enquiries to the UKBA.
