Josiah Hincks Solicitors are delighted to announce that following a brief period working with the firm as a locum, Gavin Hammond has agreed to join the firm and becomes a partner on 1st July. Gavin trained with Thomas Flavell in Hinckley and not long after qualifying established his own firm in King Street which he ran successfully for a number of years. He then re-joined Flavells to run their Market Bosworth office.
Gavin brings with him over 20 years of experience in not only commercial property but also management of a practice. He will be a great asset to the firm as we continue to expand and develop in an ever changing and challenging market place.
In addition to Gavin’s appointment, we have appointed Tom Lathom as a litigation solicitor as part of the growth and development of our Dispute Resolution Team. Tom completed his training at Bray and Bray in Leicester and he also joins us on 1st July.
